Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, contact us within 24hrs for next day appointments via email, text, or on the Wix app. For same day cancellation we require 2hr notice or 25% fee will be charged. New client deposit required 25% to book. NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN THE FACILITY. There is 20% gratuity for any booking of three or more services. Grace period of 10 mins, after you be charged $25. If we are late rendering your service by 10 mins we will discount your service by 25%.
